When educators share the belief that they can influence student achievement regardless of some of the challenges faced in schools today, the results can be very powerful. In this keynote, Jenni will share about the importance of collective teacher efficacy and the positive consequences that occur when efficacy is firmly established in schools. The audience will also learn about how efficacy beliefs are formed and how they can be fostered in schools and classrooms.
